Betty Jane (Underhill) Wojdyla

Betty Jane Wojdyla age 90 formerly of Wilmot, WI.  Died August 15, 2017 at Valley Hi Nursing Home in Woodstock, IL. She was born in Chicago, IL. On March 10, 1927.  The daughter of the late Earnest and Stella (Reif) Underhill.  On April 4, 1970 in Chicago, IL. She was united in marriage to John Wojdyla who preceded him in death.   During her life she was a member of Lutheran Redeemer Church of Chicago.   Betty was very devoted to the Genealogy of her family and has done complete tracing of her Underhill and Spangler families.   She enjoyed doing Ceramics and China painting.  Betty spent time doing Sewing and Needle Point, Knitting, and Doll Making.  She was also an Author.  

Betty is survived by her three children: Jim Spangler of Naperville, Il., Pamela (Paul) Picard of Wonder Lake, IL., and Jeff (Linda) Spangler of Burlington, WI.   Further survived by 7 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.   She was preceded in death by her Sisters Ada Burleigh, Pamela Ashley, Ada Badzioch, Brother William Underhill and Daughter in Law Sharon Spangler.    

Funeral Services will be held on Friday August 18, 2017 at 12:00PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home 620 Legion Dr.  Twin Lakes, WI.  The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until time of services at the funeral home.  Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery in Twin Lakes, WI.   Memorials Alzthheimers.org.  Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.
