Florence A. Kier age 95 Died June 9, 2017. She was born on November 26, 1921 in Chicago, IL. The daughter of the late Paul and Olga (Sielinbinder) Quiram. On November 29, 1941 she was united in marriage to Melvin Kier who preceded her in death on April 24, 1997. During her life she was active in Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts. She was a Den mother and Scout Leader for many years. She also was a Tour Director for her Senior Development for eight years.
Florence is survived by her three children: Kenneth (Carola) Kier of Twin Lakes, WI. Karen Becker of Pasadena, CA. and Kathryn Stoll of Fox Lake, IL. Further Survived by her 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren and her Sister Ruth Riggs.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday June 21, 2017 at 12:00PM at Calvary United Church of Christ 1511 Wilmot Ave. Twin Lakes, WI. Visitation will be from 10:00AM until the time of service at the church. Memorials may be made to Calvary United Church of Christ in Florence’s name. Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.
