Harvey Patrick Morgan

Harvey P. Morgan age 79 of Elkhorn, WI died on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center.  Harvey was born on February 13, 1938, son of the late Harvey and Genevieve (Loranty) Morgan.  Harvey was married to his wife Carole Klich on June 11, 1960 in Chicago, IL.  They spent their lives in Chicago until moving to the Elkhorn area in 1971.  Harvey worked for many years with Sears Roebuck in Chicago while also serving our country with the Army National Guard. He then worked as a registered nurse. He also volunteered with the Elkhorn Rescue Squad as an EMT, in his free time he enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing.  Harvey is preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Ronald and Kathleen.  Harvey is survived by his wife; Carole; children; Greg (Jerri McDonald) Morgan, Mike (Kim) Morgan, William Morgan, Melissa (Doug) Christiansen; one sister; Janice (Ken) McReynolds; two grandchildren; Amanda and Brandon Christiansen; and two great grandchildren.  Visitation will be held on Thursday February 23, 2017 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday February 24, 2017 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish, 107 W. Walworth Street Elkhorn, WI at 10:30am.  Harvey will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Tibbets, WI after Mass.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Harvey’s name to the Elkhorn VFW Post 6375, 16 S.
