Jack D. Faulhaber, age 74, of Bloomfield, WI (Pell Lake) died Thursday morning May 5, 2016 at the Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington.

Jack David Faulhaber was born on May 16, 1941 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Joseph C. and Catherine Revere Faulhaber.  On March 27, 1965 in Chicago, IL, Jack was united in marriage to Lana Carol DeMarco.  They lived in Norridge, IL and Chicago, IL before moving to Pell Lake 15 years ago.

Jack served as an E2 in the U.S. Air Force from January 26, 1959 until discharge on June 21, 1962.  He then served in the Reserves until January 25, 1965.  He formerly worked for Oscar Mayer in Chicago for 29 years and then Entemann’s Bakery in Chicago for 11 years.  He was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lake Geneva, WI.  He was a Union Steward for the Butchers and Meatcutters Union Local 881 in Chicago, IL.  He enjoyed mechanics and enjoyed tinkering with everything.  He also enjoyed archery, hunting, fishing and he loved children.  He was a former member of the St. Andrew’s Parish Parents Club in Chicago.

He is survived by:  His wife-Lana; 5 children-Lori (John) Carr of Berwyn, IL, Debbie (Joe) Aronson of Chicago, IL, Chrissy (Dirk) Niemann of Twin Lakes, WI, Jackie (Bo Delisle) Faulhaber of Norridge, IL and Stephen (Jennifer) Faulhaber of Norridge, IL; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and 2 brothers-David (Audrey) Faulhaber of Gurnee, IL and Joseph Faulhaber of Green Bay, WI.

He was preceded in death by 1 sister and brother in law-Shirley (Randall) Bass.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00PM Monday May 9, 2016, followed by Military Honors at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory in Twin Lakes.  The Faulhaber Family will receive friends from 3:00PM until the time of services at the Funeral Home.  Memorial Remembrances may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc. 330 S.
