When I first met Julie it was through my parents to whom she welcomed into her life when they moved from Illinois to Wisconsin. Julie soon became my friend as well.Julie was at our door the minute she heard of my dad's passing to comfort us.Julie and my mother enjoyed taking Mayflower tours together until they were unable.Julie spent a few holidays with us well where we shared much conversation.Julie had been thru so much in her life and her will power to overcome some deep heartaches at times just really taught me to have faith in what we make think is impossible. There comes a time when you just become tired and your will to survive diminishes.Julie had a fall and while she was trying to recover her dog had to be put to sleep, which deeply saddened Julie. It was at this very time Julie started to loose the faith and eventually dimentia was taking over.My heart was filled with sadness when I realized while visiting Julie she did not recognize us anymore.May you rest in peace our dear friend and know you were loved.Thank You for being a part of our lives.

Julie was a special friend even though I didn't get to know her real well. I did know her when she had that terrible depression set back - I was in contact with her friend who would see her almost daily and I kept up on her progress. What a recovery - what a strong lady to come back to not only driving, but taking trips to other state by herself with what seemed to be no fear. She would share her stories with me and I was grateful for that. How she loved her dogs - one white, one black. Too bad for this last health issue and it seemed one too difficult for her to beat. May she rest in peace. I am a member of Twin Lakes Senior Citizens and would see Julie there.
