Kathleen "Kathy" B. (Bethke) DeLeon

Kathleen “Kathy” B. (Wilcox) DeLeon, 72, of Elkhorn, WI died Tuesday November 7, 2017 at Froedtert Hospital Wauwatosa, WI from injuries suffered in an auto accident.  She was born July 15, 1945 in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of the late Gregory B. and Loretta C. (Packee) Bethke.  She graduated from Holy Angels Academy of Milwaukee, WI.    On March 6, 2000 in Elkhorn, WI she was united in marriage to Benjamin A. DeLeon Sr. Ben preceded her in death on March 1, 2013.  Over the years Kathy was manager at Alpine Valley Resort, Alpine Valley Music Theater, the Riverside Theater, Lake Compounce of Bristol CT, and Speedway in Elkhorn and Delavan before retiring in 2014.  Kathy was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Elkhorn, WI.  Her faith and family were of great importance to her throughout her life. She was a devoted mother, passionate dog lover, who showed Shar-Pei dogs, and she enjoyed gardening, knitting and crocheting. Kathy is survived by her two children; Thomas (Jackie) Wilcox of Milwaukee, WI and Sara (Jeff Schatz) Wilcox of Columbia, SC, Four grandchildren; Amber and Noah Wilcox, Samuel and Jacob Schatz, one sister; Jeanne (John) Burkhardt and one brother; Gregory (Judith) Bethke all of Rhinelander, WI, her three dogs; Wilbur, Sweet Pea and Jelly Bean and by a host of other friends and family.  Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Rosary at 7:30 PM Monday November 13, 2017 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI.  Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Tuesday November 14, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church 107 W.
