MaryAnn (Koester) Porter

MaryAnn Porter age 91, Left this Earth, May 13, 2017.  She was born on August 1, 1925 in Piqua, Kansas.   The daughter of the late Herman and Anne (Sundrup) Koester.  On December 25, 1946 in Hebron, IL. She was united in marriage to William Porter who preceded her in death on March 12, 2011.  During her life she enjoyed Quilting. 

MaryAnn is survived by her three children: William Jr (Millie) Porter, Ron (Nancy) Porter and Marcia(Greg) Remer.  She was a loving Grandmother to Chuck (Michelle), Cari (Jeff), Shari (Todd), Mike (Jennifer),   Joe (Lisa).   Great Grandmother to Jacob, Libby, Mason, Meranda, Justin, Ryan, Brayden, Carson, Cole, Cade, Bennett and Mya.  Great Great Grandmother of Benjamin.   Further survived by her Sisters: Ruth Lampe and Elenor Plake.   She was preceded in death by her Sister Ceal Ehlenburg. 

The family would like to make a special Thank you to Katie, Cydney and Angelica at Pine Brooke Point for being there for us and also to Rhonda and Sara with Serenity Hospice.

Funeral Service for MaryAnn will be held on Thursday May 18, 2017 at 6:00PM at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home   620 Legion Dr.  Twin Lakes, WI 53181.  The family will receive friends from 3:00PM until the time of service. Committal Services will be held on Friday May 19, 2017 at 3:00PM at the Southeastern Wisconsin Veteran’s Cemetery 21731 Spring St.  Union Grove, WI. 53182.  Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.
