Nicholas R. Tilton, age 28, of Burlington, WI, (Spring Prairie) died Tuesday morning May 24, 2016 in Burlington, WI.
Nicholas Robert Tilton was born on February 16, 1988 in Elkhorn, WI, the son of Robert A. Tilton and Lynn M. (Peaslee) Niegelsen. Nicholas graduated from Waterford High School in 2006. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked for Great Lakes Components in Elkhorn, WI and also for Top Gun Guide Service, LLC in Minnesota.
Nicholas’s greatest passion was hunting. He enjoyed all sports, paintball and listening to Country Music. He loved his children.
Nicholas is survived by: 2 children-Bentley Tilton of Spring Prairie, WI and Hunter Jeskey of Union Grove, WI; his father-Robert Tilton of Lake Geneva, WI; his mother-Lynn M (Gregory) Niegelsen of Mukwonago, WI; 1 brother-Dakota Tilton of Elkhorn, WI; Maternal grandparents-Douglas and Nancy Peaslee of Burlington, WI; Aunts and Uncles; Sheryl Senft of Woodstock, IL, Colleen (John) Dunford, Rob (Candace) Kinsch and Dennis (Cheryl) Linn; cousins-Josh and Katelin Senft, Tim Dunford, Bradley and Annabelle Kinsch, Samantha and Jeff Meyer, Alec, Blake, Storm and Rocky Linn, Jason and Amanda Kloppstein and Erin and Yuri Butines.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents-Robert and Charlene Tilton; his aunt-Charmaine Dowty and a cousin-Victoria Kinsch.
Funeral services will be held at 8:00PM Tuesday May 31, 2016 at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory, 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI with Pastor Sean Sweetman officiating. The Tilton Family will receive friends from 5:00PM Tuesday until the time of services at the Funeral Home. Memorial Remembrances may be made to the Tilton Family for a Memorial to be determined.
