Robert George Kukuwich

Robert (Bob) Kukuwich: 80 of Elkhorn, WI entered eternal life unexpectedly Tuesday May 10, at his residence. He was born August 11, 1935 in Menomonee Falls, WI; the son of the late John and Hatti (Dostal) Kukuwich. He was preceded in death by his beloved brother John. Bob served in the U.S. Army.  He was united in marriage to Elaine Centgraf in 1970. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be deeply missed by his wife of 45 years, Elaine, four daughters; Jolene (William) Kaczmarek, Amy Kingsbury, Wendee Kukuwich (Lee) and Traci (Tony) Tarnowski.  Four grandchildren; Ashley, Justin, Taylor and Anthony. Two great-grandchildren; Ethan and Aaron. He was preceded in death by his beloved brother John. Survived by precious Aunt Mollie Heidelbach, Uncle Al Dostal and by a host of close relatives and friends. He was employed over 25 years with Artos Engineering of New Berlin, WI and over 10 years with Krones Corporation in Franklin, WI. His passion was gardening; he sold his homegrown produce at the Farmers Market in Brookfield for over 25 years and in Lake Geneva for over 8 years. Bob was known to be a very personable, energetic, kind-hearted, attentive man with a heart of gold. He delighted working outside, enjoyed church and fellowship, polka dancing and most of all, spending time with his wife and family.  Visitation will be at 12:00 PM Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Briggs Road Evangelical Free Church 4654 Briggs Road Elkhorn, WI followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM with Pastor Robert Peiffer officiating. Burial with military honors will be 11:00 AM Wednesday May 18, 2016 at Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery Union Grove, WI.  Memorial may be made in Bob’s name to the church.  On-line guestbook is at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com
