Sharon K. Graber, 82, of Lake Geneva, WI, died Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Lakeland Health Care Center in Elkhorn surrounded by her children. She was born April 1, 1935 in Beaver Dam, WI, the daughter of the late Francis and Catherine (Dow) Fitzgerald. Sharon married Ralph R. Graber on July 29, 1961 in Milwaukee. After 51 year of marriage, Ralph preceded in death on June 22, 2013. Sharon was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Elkhorn. She volunteered with Meals on Wheels, was a leader for Cub Scouts and youth religious education and was heavily involved in the Springfield 4-H club. Sharon enjoyed sewing, oil painting, canning vegetables, making jam and helping Ralph with the strawberry farm. But most of all, she enjoyed the time spent with her family.
Sharon is survived by her loving children: Daniel Graber of Madison, Katy (Craig) Cassel of Grafton and Margie (Jon) Albrecht of Elkhorn, her five grandchildren: Kelly, Brittany, Tommy, Madeline and Alyssa. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Robert Graber and sister, Joan Landers.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 107 W. Walworth St. Elkhorn with Father Oriol Regales officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Thursday at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home, 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn. Interment will be 2:00PM on Thursday at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
