Shawna Rachel Foltman, age 40, of Burlington, WI (Town of Randall), died Monday morning November 14, 2016 at her home.
Shawna was born on October 30, 1976 in Elkhorn, WI, the daughter of Michael B. Foltman and Mary D. Chambers Shawna was a lifelong resident of the Twin Lakes area.
Shawna attended Westosha Baptist Church in Twin Lakes where she attended Bible Study. She was involved with Operation Shoebox at the church. She was also involved in supporting the troops overseas by sending care packages. She was a homemaker and taking classes in veterinarian sciences at Gateway. She enjoyed playing pool and cards.
Shawna is survived by: her mother, Mary (Will) Harms of Columbia, SC; her father, Michael Foltman of Ft. Myers Beach, FL; 3 daughters, Rachel Summers of Twin Lakes, WI, Leah Foltman of Hebron, IL and Sophia Foltman of Twin Lakes, WI; 1 sister, Alicia Foltman of Hebron, IL; 1 brother, Brant (Megan) Foltman of Sun Priaire, WI; 2 grandmothers. Charline Chambers of Delavan, WI and Virginia Foltman of Zenda, WI.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Joseph Foltman and Rev. Everett Chambers.
A gathering of friends will be held from 10:00am until the Memorial Service at 11:00AM Friday Nov. 18, 2016 at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory in Twin Lakes. Inurnment will be in Brick Church Cemetery, Walworth,WI. Memorial remembrances in Shawna’s name may be made to: Operation Shoebox, 8360 E.
