Bruce Allen VandenBrande

Bruce Allen VandenBrande, 74 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018 at his home. He was born April 20, 1944 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Steve and Matilda (Terry) VandenBrande.  Bruce was united in marriage to Anna Carolyn Krueger on March 22, 1965 in Chicago, IL.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter, who loved spending time up north in Hayward, WI. Bruce also loved cars and watching car auctions on television.  

Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Anna, five children: Daniel VandenBrande of La Crosse, WI, Denise (Jefferey) Plum of Lake Geneva, WI, Carol VandenBrande of Lake Geneva, WI, Jeanette (James) Davis of Twin Lakes, WI and Mark VandenBrande of Elkhorn, WI, eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two sisters, Jennifer (John) Zebell and Elizabeth (Rich) Claussen both of Morris, IL, his dog, Coco, many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:00AM on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 730 N Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI.  Visitation will be 4:00PM to 7:00PM on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the funeral home and 10:00AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home.  Interment will follow services at Mt.
