Dale Robert Coss

Dale R. Coss, age 59 of the Village of Bloomfield, WI (Pell Lake), died Monday evening, Dec. 2, 2019 at his home.

Dale Robert Coss was born on September 7, 1960 in Harvard, IL, the son of the late Fredrick and Mary A. Rich Coss. On December 23, 2006 in Lake Geneva, WI, Dale was united in marriage to Maureen G. Broderick.  Dale formerly lived in Lake Geneva, WI before moving to Pell Lake 31 years ago.

Dale was the head of maintenance for the Fontana Grade School in Fontana, WI.  Dale enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, working on cars and gardening.  He loved animals.

Dale is survived by:  his wife, Maureen; 2 children, Heidi (Cory) Schultz of Twin Lakes, WI and Chad (Kristin) Coss of Pell Lake, WI; 4 grandchildren, Cameron, Alayna, Gabrielle and Rhylie; 1 brother, Rick Coss of Genoa City, WI; 2 nieces, Sarah (Frank) Coss of Lake Geneva, WI and Tammy (Bob) Smith of Madison, WI; Great nephews, Brandon (Morgan) and Austin Smith.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Vicky Goodman and a nephew, Andrew Smith.

A Celebration of Dale’s Life will be held at a later date.   The Coss Family has asked that any Memorial Remembrances may be made in Dale’s Name to the Lakeland Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 1000, Elkhorn, WI 53121.  The Haase-Lockwood and Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Genoa City is serving the Coss Family.
