Donald James Huberty

Donald James Huberty, 80 of Elkhorn, WI, died unexpectedly Thursday, September 13, 2018 at his home.  He was born July 2, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Edward and Dorothy Huberty.  Don served in the United States Army. He worked 20 years as a computer analyst for the Milwaukee Police Department. After his retirement, Don enjoyed traveling to the East coast, out West for elk hunting and to Alaska.  He loved spending time outdoors hunting, fishing or golfing. Don was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed spending his time with his grandchildren. 

Don is survived by his two sons: Michael (Colleen) Huberty of Elkhorn and Kevin Huberty of Sussex, WI, four grandchildren: Aaron (Kirsten), Samuel (Jordan Curtin), Nathan and Joseph, and former wife, Donna Murphy.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial mass will be 11:00AM on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at St. Patricks Catholic Church, 107 W Walworth St. Elkhorn, with Father Greg Chycinski officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30AM on Wednesday at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory, 730 N Wisconsin St. Elkhorn.  Inurnment will follow services at Mt.
