I am very sorry for your family's loss. I knew Greg through the Rockford reg star. I have worked for them for over 19 yrs now myself. Greg was popular in Belvidere. Him and bicycle were all over Belvidere in all kinds of weather. I always admired his dedication to his job. As crappy as it was he would make sure he got his job done in all kinds of weather. He managed to trudge through the snow on his bike as well as through rain storms. He never complained. Greg was a quiet man but once you got him into a conversation he opened up alot. He was generous and would buy snacks and leave them on the table for everyone in the building where we picked our papers up. It is a shame that his life was cut short. Rest in peace Greg.
