James William Rukas age 68 of Twin Lakes, WI. Died September 18, 2017. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska on November 28, 1948. The son of the late William and Rita (Loeffler) Rukas. On June 28, 1980 he was united in marriage to Carolyn Kettler. James served in the United States Army. He was once the owner of Lakeland Auto Clinic in McHenry, IL. He received his Bachelor Degree in Business from Ottawa University and held an Associates Degree in Information Technology.
During his life James enjoyed working on cars, home improvements, and spending time with his dogs. He was a member of the Twin Lakes VFW.
James is survived by his wife Carolyn. His two children: Kristin Rukas of McHenry, IL. and Christopher Rukas of Oshkosh, WI. Further survived by his Sisters: Sue Radi and Cheryl Reha and Brothers: Rick (Trish) Hansen and Jeff (Jackie) Hansen. He was preceded in death by his Sister Barbara Rukas and two Brothers: Thomas Rukas and Greg Hansen.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday September 25, 2017 at 2:00PM at Calvary United Church of Christ 1511 Wilmot Ave. Twin Lakes, WI. Visitation will be from 1:00PM until service time at church.
