James J. Walsh, age 51, of Lake Geneva, WI, passed away Tuesday morning July 11, 2017 at the Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, WI surrounded by his family.
James Joseph Walsh was born on November 8, 1965 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late James and Thomasine Hylard Walsh. James graduated from Wilmot High School. On February 10, 2007, in Key West, FL, James was united in marriage to Tracey Nagel. James lived in Twin Lakes, WI and Pell Lake, WI before moving to Lake Geneva over 17 years ago.
James worked in the construction trades as a brick layer for many years. He enjoyed traveling especially to Key West, FL. He was a huge Chicago Bears Fan.
James is survived by: His Wife Tracey; 1 sister, Theresa (David) Leyden of Frankfort, IL; 2 brothers, Thomas (Barb) Walsh of Beach Park, IL and Dan (Amy) Lipinski of Nashville, TN; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: his parents and stepfather, James L. Freyermuth.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM Saturday July 15, 2017 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 6301 344th AVE. New Munster, WI.
