Janet (Krueger) Bremer

Janet Bremer, 89 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Ridgestone Gardens in Elkhorn, WI.  She was born March 30, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter to the late Paul and Edna (Berry) Krueger.  Janet worked for AT&T for over 33 years in Milwaukee, WI.  She enjoyed reading, especially her Sunday newspaper.  Janet also enjoyed playing bingo, nickel slot machines and horse races.

Janet was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother to her three children; Joanne Bremer, John Bremer and Joyce (Jeff) Wilson, and her two grandsons, Luke and Logan Wilson.  She was preceded in death her parents, Paul Krueger, Edna Krueger and Agnus Persinke, husband, James Bremer, and three siblings; Paul Krueger Jr., Harvey Krueger and Evelyn Carerros-Simmons. 

Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2020 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes, 730 N Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI, with Rev. Dr. Scott McLeod officiating.  Visitation will be 1:00PM until service time Friday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial in Janet’s name may be directed to Arbor Day Foundation, 211 N. 12th St. Lincoln, NE 68508.  Online guestbook at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.   Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory completed arrangements for the Bremer Family.
