Judith “Judy” Ann DeGraeve: 78 of Oak Creek, WI died Thursday June 20, 2019 at Franciscan Villa in South Milwaukee, WI. She was born September 17, 1940 in Burlington, IA. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Cleta (Webb) McLane. Judy was united in marriage to Richard DeGraeve on December 3, 1960 in Moline, IL. Richard preceded her in death on March 21, 2005. Judy was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church of East Moline, IL. She enjoyed her church and reading the Bible. Judy was a homemaker who was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who loved her family immensely and will be deeply missed by her three children: Jewely (Tom) Ogden of Oak Creek, WI, Jill (James) Cruse of Rock Island, IL and Lt. Cmdr. Joel (Michelle) DeGraeve of Virginia Beach, VA, by ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren with two more on the way and by a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents,her dad, Kenneth Lucas, her husband Richard, daughter-in-law: Lisa, great-grandson, Logan and by two sisters; Linda McLane and Sue Benner. Visitation and services will be held at Greenview Memorial Gardens East Moline, IL at a later date and time to be announced.
