Juliette L. Poray, age 77, of Lake Geneva, WI and formerly of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away Monday morning March 20, 2017 at Artisan Assisted Living.
The former Juliette Lucille Gilbert was born on February 24, 1940 in Winslow, Maine, the daughter of the late Romeo Marius and Mary Louise Talbot Gilbert. Juliette was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Myers in 1971, John Buxton in 1995 and Richard Poray in 2001.
Juliette formerly worked as a cook at the Southern Wisconsin Center for the Disabled in Union Grove, WI. She was an active member of the Westosha Baptist Church in Twin Lakes. She was also a member of the Twin Lakes Senior’s Club.
Juliette is survived by: her daughter, Janet (Richard) Balding of Fredonia, WI; a son, Charles (Barbara) Myers of Elkhorn, WI; 7 grandchildren, Lea (Dale) Kowalewski, Levi Myers, Isaac Myers, Joel Myers, Richard (Brianna Suffron) Balding, Jr., Jessica (John) Havlik and Jennifer (Aaron) Mueller; 5 great grandchildren, Jackson Havlik, Noah Havlik, Isabella and Carter, Emerson Allen Kowalewski.
Juliette was preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila K. Myers and a grandson, James Balding.
The Poray Family will receive friends from 10:00AM on Friday, March 24, 2017 until the time of Funeral Services at 12:00PM, at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory, 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI. Memorial remembrances may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas PL.
