Paul Douglas Jacobs

Paul D. Jacobs, age 68, of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away Saturday morning December 28, 2019 at the Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, WI.

Paul Douglas Jacobs was born on April 7, 1951 in Chicago, IL, the son of the late William and Avis Freedlund Jacobs.  On May 29, 1982 in Grayslake, IL, Paul was united in marriage to Nicole Ann Nicodem.  They have lived in Twin Lakes since 1982.

Paul earned a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Northern Illinois University.  Paul was a Production Manager for Laser Tech in Richmond, CCC in Spring Grove, IL, Toner Head in McHenry, IL and Ink-O-Dem in McHenry, IL.

Paul was an active member and Past Council President of Trinity Lutheran Church in Pell Lake, WI.  He enjoyed playing golf in the Old Man’s League on Tuesday mornings at the Twin Lakes Country Club.  He and Nicole enjoyed selling vintage record albums at the Lake Geneva Farmers Market at Horticultural Hall.  Paul was a huge Cubs and Blackhawks fan.  His license plate on his car reads: JCUBS.

Paul is survived by: his wife, Nicole; 3 children, Matthew Jacobs of Lake Geneva, , John (Michelle) Dovgin of Genoa City, WI and Tracy Welch of Lenexa, KS; 4 grandchildren, Alexandra, Stacey, Madison and Dante; 1 brother, William (Lynn) Jacobs of Macomb, IL; 1 sister, Donna (Roger) McNear of Cambridge, MN; 1 nephew, Joseph and 3 nieces, Ehlan, Natalie and Lisa.

The Jacobs Family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the time of Memorial Services at 11:00AM on Saturday JANUARY 11, 2020 at Trinity Lutheran Church, W775 Geranium Rd.
