Richard “Dick” A. Haugen, age 74 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the Atrium of Williams Bay, WI. He was born April 30, 1944 in Chetek, WI, the son of the late Lyman and Florence (Swanson) Haugen. Dick married Dorothy Newman on October 4, 1986 in Burlington, WI. He loved sports and watching the Wisconsin Badgers, Milwaukee Bucks and Brewers, but most of all his favorite team, the Green Bay Packers. Dick and Dorothy are members of the Church of Christ of Elkhorn. He was a very spiritual and religious man. Dick is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy of Elkhorn, two children: Terry Haugen and Kristin (Nigel) Law both of Savannah, GA, granddaughter, Samantha Durkee of Burlington, WI, three step-children: Tammy (Bill) Kinney of Lyons, WI, Mark (Jennifer) Whitman of Hartland, WI, and Tracey (Brad) Walczak of Muskego, WI, five step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Janice Mueller, brother, Gary Haugen and step-son, Michael Whitman.

Memorial service will be 10:00AM on Saturday, July, 14, 2018 at Church of Christ, 100 W Court St. Elkhorn, with Pastor Jim Coehoorn officiating.
