Thinking of you Jean and family during this most difficult time. Your dad was amazing for the time and heartfelt pride he spent in the community showing his dedication to our country. There will be no one like him, he will be missed!

Dear Jean,
I send my prayers to you and your entire family. May God hold you all in the palm of his hand. I remember your father with a heart warming smile. May good memories sustain you during this time and always.
I'm sorry I can't came today as I'm leaving to see my family out east. You have been more than gracious and kind (and still are) during our loss of Greg. I will always remember that. May God bless you all.

Dear family of Bill. What a gem he was. I was a nurse at Lakeland and Bill was always there for us when something was wrong with our cars or whatever we might need. He was a kind gentle man. Now with Strawberry season here I was just thinking of his wonderful berries I used to buy. I send my deepest sympathy in you loss. May God comfort you. Karla Tildahl

It was with shock and great sadness to read of Bill"s passing. We have so many memories of years ago socializing with you. Somehow the time went by too fast!
Our hearts go out to all of the family at this sad time. Elkhorn has lost another vital part of the community!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Esther, Steve, Mark and Jean and families. I always enjoyed seeing Bill at the Memorial Day Parades, and especially at Tibbits School when he was there with the VFW for the special program the children put on for Veterans Day to honor all past and present veterans. I just spoke with Steve and Bill last week, and Bill was always so friendly and upbeat whenever you talked with him! He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Mike and Vicki Lange

My deepest condolences to Esther, Jean and all the rest of Bill`s family. It seems to be so appropriate that, on flag day, Bill went to the place our Lord prepared for him. Bill was so patriotic and exhibited that patriotism in many beautiful ways for all of us. May good and happy memories sustain you in the days ahead.
