Adele M. Disabato, 78 of Lake Geneva, WI died Sunday August 14, 2016 at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center Milwaukee, WI. She was born December 31, 1937 the daughter of the late James and Frances Chamberlain.  She was united in marriage to John Michael Disabato on August 18, 1956, John died February 26, 1986.  Adele worked in the office of Kikkoman Foods of Walworth for over 25 years retiring in 2004.  Adele volunteered for many years at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, she enjoyed puzzles, was an avid reader and an active member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church of Lake Geneva. Adele was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her five children; John M. Disabato of Woodstock, IL, Jennifer A. (Jay) Clapper of Denver, CO, Thomas J. Disabato of Crystal Lake, IL, Peter J. Disabato of Lake in the Hills, IL and Linda M. Disabato of Haltom City, TX, seven grandchildren; Julia (Pete) Wiswell, Lucas, Claudia, Gino and Max Disabato, Devin and Marin Clapper, one brother Robert Chamberlain of Palos Hills, IL and by a host of other relatives and friends.  Adele is preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister Bea Mornar.  Funeral Mass will be 11:00 AM Thursday August 18, 2016 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church 148 W.
