Alan F. Narish; 69, of Elkhorn, WI died unexpectedly from heart problems Monday November 6, 2017 at his home.  He was born July 13, 1948 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Bruno C. and Mary T. (Garetto) Narish.  Alan graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.  In his earlier years he played semi-pro football, then moved to New York to pursue acting on stage and TV. Later he worked in sales, allowing him to travel the world. He had a passion for gardening and cooking, was an avid reader and loved Wisconsin sports. Alan is survived by his five children; Adam (Melanie) Narish of Mesa, AZ, Casey Narish of Madison, WI, Abigail (Nick) Kemske of Minneapolis, MN, Mitchell (Hope) Narish of Janesville, WI and Billy Kehoe of Orange Beach, AL, two grandchildren; Kale and Sanna Kemske, one brother; Phillip (Michele) Narish of Phoenix, AZ, one niece; Melissa (Dan) Robinson, three nephews; Jim, Jeff, and John (Maria) Narish, and by a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held 9-11am on Saturday November 18, 2017 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N.
