Amy T. Miser age 45 of Flowery Branch, GA died at home peacefully and surrounded by her loving family on Thursday November 6, 2025.  Amy was born on March 8, 1980; the daughter of Keith and Madelyn (Stevenson) Hergott.  Amy married Daniel R. Miser on March 3, 2018, in Las Vagas, NV.  Amy showered her nieces and nephews with attention and love; was an active participant for many years with the Team In Training program for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; was on a bowling team; loved to camp, hike, rescue pugs, and live a life of adventure.  Every life that she touched, she made better with her kindness and generosity.

Amy is survived by her husband; Dan; mother; Madelyn Olsen; father; Keith (Lynn) Hergott; stepchildren; Emily and Joshua Miser; nieces and nephews; Ayden Messina, Wyatt Schutte, Evelyn Silva, Aubrin Silva; siblings; Sheila (Jason) Schutte, Courtney (Anthony Silva) Olsen, Cody Olsen, Kaylin Hergott, Alex Hergott; and one grandchild.  Amy is preceded in death by her grandparents; uncle; Wayne Hergott; and cousin; Jessica Tueting.

A funeral service will be held for Amy at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N.
