Ana D. Chappell, 83, of Antioch, IL, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022 in Genoa City, WI. She was born on November 27, 1938, in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, the daughter to the late Justo and Maria (Hernandez-Gonzalez) Rodriguez Nunez. She was a Line Supervisor at Abbott Laboratories for many years. Ana enjoyed spending time outdoors, gardening, and cleaning. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and was a role model to her children. She was a very hard worker and above all, she loved to spend her time with her family.

Ana is survived by her children; Nancy (John) Dvorak, Sheila Chappell-Peterson, John (Julie) Chappell and Randy (Mary) Chappell, sisters; Maria Cruz and Fernanda Clark, brother; Israel Rodriguez, grandchildren; Michael (Jessica) Chappell, Ana (Jeremy) Bentin, Richard (Amanda) Dvorak, Abbey, Baylee, Dillon, and Shannon Chappell, great-grandchildren; Hudson, Rory, Nora Bentin and Lucas and Mia Chappell.

Ana is preceded in death by her parents; Justo and Maria (Hernandez-Gonzalez) Rodriguez Nunez, her former spouse, Homer John Chappell, brother; Hector Rodriguez, sister; Isabel Garcia and son-in-law; Glenn Peterson.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 107 W Walworth St. Elkhorn, WI, 53121, from 10:00AM- 11:00AM.
