Angela Kurt of Elkhorn, WI, passed away with family by her side on Monday, October 20, 2014. She was born on March 4, 1917 in Roseland, IL. Angela graduated from St. Margaret's School of Nursing in Hammond, IN. She worked as a Registered Nurse for nearly 50 years. Angela deeply loved her family and friends, always putting their needs above her own. Her greatest joy came from spending time with those she loved, especially her three grandsons. She was also an excellent baker and avid Scrabble player.
Angela's faith in God was the cornerstone of her life. She was an active member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and volunteered there for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luigi and Virginia Brunetti, her sister Teresa & brother-in-law Pete Peterson & nephew Arthur Peterson, and her brother Adolph & sister-in-law Ann Brunetti. Angela is survived by her daughter Mariann & son-in-law Neal Gorman, three grandsons: Andrew, Daniel, and Quinn Gorman, her nieces and nephews: Daniel, Nanette, Paul, Antoinette, and Annali, and their spouses and children. She was loved by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Angela's name to St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Elkhorn, WI.
