Anita S. Erikson age 82 of Genoa City, WI died January 20, 2024 at Aurora Zilber Hospice House in Wauwatosa, WI.  She was born on January 23, 1941. The daughter of the late William and Harriet (Sumner) Kline.  On May 27, 1961 in Genoa City WI she was united in marriage to Duane B. Erikson who preceded her in death.   She worked for many years for Watlow Gordon in Richmond, IL.

During her life Anita was a member of First Congregational UCC Church of Genoa City where she taught Sunday school for many years.  Past President of the Sponholtz Deignan Post 183 Ladies Aux.  She was a past Cub Scout den leader.  Past member of the Genoasnoers.  She was also past President of the Village Garden Club and past treasurer of The Citizens for Progress.

Survived by her children Daniel (Dawn) Erikson and Ronald (Kris) Erikson.  Grandmother to Devin (Sarah), David (Brooke), Donavin (Raven Spencer) and Ryan Erikson.  Great Grandmother  to Logan and Luke.  Step daughter to the late Mae Kline, Sister to the late Albert Kline and step sister to the late Billy Kline.  Stepsister to the late James (Donna) Baker, the late Gordon (Betty) Weyrauch, Wayne (Joyce) Weyrauch, Darlene (the late Jim) Rulseh, Judy (Felix) Aranda, and  Gilbert Neuhaus.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday February 9, 2024 at 1:00PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 113 Freeman St. Genoa City, WI.   Private committal to follow.  Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until the time of services at the funeral home.  The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Genoa City, WI is honored to serve the Erikson family.
