Anthony Luis Castelluzzo-Alvarez, born on October 30, 1972, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, passed away on January 5, 2026, in McHenry, Illinois. The son of Luis and Patricia (Di Chiria) Alvarez.
Anthony dedicated his life to the things he cherished most, including his passion for riding his beloved Harley Davidson motorcycle, and the countless memories made along the journey. He worked for Guardian Electric in Woodstock, IL.
Anthony is survived by his mother, Patricia Alvarez nee Di Chiria; his loving sisters, Angela Barclay, Natalie Alvarez, and Andrea (Mark) Horstmeyer- Alvarez; his nieces, Jacey, Angelica,Tylie and nephew Jaden. He was preceded in death by his father, Luis Alvarez.
Visitation will be held on January 12, 2026, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 701 N Lake Ave in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial commencing at 11:00 AM.
