Elkhorn: Arthur J. Remington Jr. 49, of Elkhorn, WI died Saturday November 28, 2015 under hospice care at Holton Manor Nursing Home Elkhorn, WI.  He was born November 21, 1966 in Honolulu, HI the son of Arthur J. and the late Janice Marie (Coffey) Remington Sr.  Art graduated from Elkhorn Area High School with the Class of 1986.  He worked as a Catering Supervisor for Grand Geneva Resort. He was an avid reader and enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and spending time with his dog, Bear.  He is survived by his father Arthur (Iris) Remington of Poinciana, FL, one sister Michelle Kilkenny of Janesville, WI, two brothers, Steve (Barbara) Remington of Elkhorn, WI and Tim (Stephanie) Remington of Wauseon, OH, aunts and uncles; Tom (Deb) Coffey of Argyle, WI, Richard Remington of Johnstown, NY and Carolyn Kellogg of Queensbury, NY by fourteen nieces and nephews.  Art was preceded in death by his mother Janice and grandparents.  Memorial service will be 6:00 PM Tuesday December 1, 2015 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N.
