Beatrice Martinez, age 74, of Powers Lake, WI, died Thursday evening April 28, 2016 at Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa, WI.

Beatrice was born on November 28, 1941 in San Antonio, Texas, the daughter of the late Pablo and Beatrice Castro Martinez.   Beatrice lived in San Antonio, Texas until moving to Wisconsin in 2010.

Beatrice was a homemaker.  She attended New Life Bible Church in Twin Lakes.  She volunteered at the Senior's Nutrition Center in Twin Lakes.  She enjoyed bird watching, latch hooking and listening to music.

Beatrice is survived by:  1 brother-Paul (Ruby) Martinez of Powers Lake, WI; 2 nieces-Debra Clark of Brookfield, IL and Gina (David) Rodriguez of Hampshire, IL and a nephew-Paul (Annmarie) Martinez of Woodridge, IL.

She was preceded in death by 1 sister-Consuelo, 1 brother-Antonio and a nephew-David G. Martinez.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00PM Monday, May 2, 2016 at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes.  Interment will be in River Hills Memorial Park in Batavia, IL at 1:00PM on Tuesday.  The Martinez Family will receive friends from 3:00PM until the time of services on Monday at the Funeral Home.  Memorial remembrances may be made to Zilber Family Hospice, 1155 Honey Creek Parkway, Wauwatosa, WI 53113.  For online guestbook: haaselockwoodfhs.
