Obituary

Betty J. Hinzpeter age 82 of Twin Lakes, WI died Sunday evening June 29, 2014 at her home.
The former Betty June Kaskin was born on March 18, 1932 in the Town of Randall, WI, the daughter of the late William and Astrid Marion Viola Peterson Kaskin. On January 13, 1951 in Waukegan, IL, Betty was united in marriage to Kenneth Hinzpeter. She has been a lifelong resident of the Town of Randall and Twin Lakes.
Betty formerly worked for many years as a machine operator for the Watlow Gordon Co. in Richmond, IL. She was a member of St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Slades Corners. She was a charter member of the Twin Lakes American Post #544 Ladies Auxilary. Betty enjoyed gardening, canning, baking and going to the casino. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Betty is survived by: Her husband-Kenneth; 6 children-Kenneth (Fran) of Twin Lakes, WI, Richard (Barb) of Twin Lakes, WI, Anna (Charles) Herman of Twin Lakes, WI, Lori (Marshall) Larose of Twin Lakes, WI, Christine (Bill Wellhasen) of Paddock Lake, WI and Keith (Karen) of Twin Lakes, Wi; 5 grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren and 1 gr. Grandchild; 14 brothers and sisters-Juanita Grady of Lake Geneva, WI, Gordon (Betty) Kaskin of Twin Lakes, WI, Joyce Smith of Silver Lake, WI, Benjamin (Donna) Kaskin of Twin Lakes, WI, Nancy Denney of Roscoe, IL, Patricia (John) Kjellander of Twin Lakes, WI, Joy Belter of Kenosha, WI, Judith (Rich) Witt of Salem, WI, Sharon (Bob) McCormack of Twin Lakes, WI, Laurel (Rich) Rego of Bassett, WI, Gail (Doug) Schaal of Powers Lake, WI, Ronald Kaskin of Twin Lakes, WI, Kim (Craig) Gebauer of Milwaukee, WI and Randy (Kim) Kaskin of Twin Lakes, WI. and her stepmother-Phyllis Kaskin of Bassett, WI.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Thursday July 3, 2014 at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church in Slades Corners. Inurnment will be in Mound Prairie Cemetery. The Hinzpeter Family will receive friends from 4:00PM until 8:00PM Wednesday at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory in Twin Lakes and after 10:00AM Thursday at the Church.
