Beverly J. Foreman, age 76, of Pell Lake, WI, died Monday morning July 25, 2016 at her home.

The former Beverly Jean Mueller was born on March 23, 1940 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late Walter and Myrtle Mueller.  On October 3, 1964 in Chicago, IL, Beverly was united in marriage to Harold Foreman.  They lived in Barrington, IL until moving to Pell Lake 25 years ago.

Beverly was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at many hospitals throughout her career.  She loved taking care of dogs.

Beverly is survived by: Her husband-Harold and 1 sister-Carol (William) Hennigan of Chicago, IL.  Graveside services will be held at 1:00PM Saturday at Bloomfield Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00AM until 12:45PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc.
