Bradley W. Edwards age 36 of Winthrop Harbor, IL died November 30, 2023.  He was born on April 13, 1987.  The son of Bruce and Beth (Askew) Edwards.

In his early years Brad was a Boy Scout and was part of the Civil Air Patrol. Brad was a Star Wars enthusiast, enjoyed HO trains and Photography with his father.

Brad's greatest passion was the fire service. He began his 19-year career with the Winthrop Harbor Fire Dept.  He also worked for Lake Villa and Newport Fire Dept.  In 2019 he began his career with Metro Paramedic Services and had been stationed with Antioch Fire Dept since that time.  He served as Fire Inspector, Firefighter/Paramedic for Antioch Fire Dept.  He also served as Antioch Contract Manager with Metro Paramedic Services.

Bradley is survived by his parents Beth and Bruce Edwards of Winthrop Harbor, IL. Further survived by many "brothers and sisters" in the fire service. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Jean and Howard Edwards of Blue Island, IL and maternal grandmother Esther Askew and Aunt Jeannine O'Connor of Phoenix, AZ.

A Celebration of Bradley's life will take place on Friday December 15, 2023 at NorthBridge Church 18724 IL-173 Antioch, IL 60002. Visitation will begin at 3:00PM until 5:00PM  with Fire Department Service taking place at 5:00PM at the church.
