He is survived by his father Roger Bates of Williams Bay, WI his mother Dianna Smith of Delavan, WI and his brother Roger (Amy) Bates of Delavan, WI. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a brother Daniel. Memorial service will be 12:00 PM (Noon) Wednesday October 15, 2014 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 730 N.
