Carl F. Collins, age 74, of Burlington, WI, died on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Frontida Assisted Living in Elkhorn, WI. Son of the late Calvin and Bernice (Winkelman) Collins, Carl was born on April 5, 1949, in East Troy, WI. After graduating from high school, Carl enlisted in the United States Army and served honorably until 1975, earning the National Defense Service Medal and Sharpshooter Medal. Following his time in the Army, Carl raised his two daughters. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and golfing. He was an avid Packers fan who loved watching the game with a cold Milwaukee's Best. Carl was a kind and generous man who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.

Carl is survived by his daughters, Nikki Collins and Cassie (Lucas) Koenig; grandchildren, Caden, Presley, Savannah, Elliot, Logan, Gwenyth, and Sloane; and siblings, Carol Sneed, Margie (Robert) Schotthoefer, and Robert (Debbie) Collins. In death, he is reunited with his parents, Calvin and Bernice; sister, Bernadine Deneen; brother-in-law, Kenneth "Goofy" Sneed; nephew, Kenny Jr.; and son-in-law, Ben Meier.

In keeping with Carl's wishes, no funeral services will be held. Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Elkhorn, WI is honored to serve the Collins family.
