Carol Mae Hutter, 74 of Pell Lake, WI, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at her home. She was born May 25, 1946, the daughter of the late Josephine (Krueger) DeVries. Carol was united in marriage to Donald E. Hutter on November 4, 1971 in Woodstock, IL. Don preceded Carol in death on August 9, 2015.
Carol was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Pell Lake. Carol enjoyed spending time outdoors and in her flower garden. She also enjoyed going out with her family and friends to eat and to the casino to play her slot machines. Carol was so proud of her boys and loved spending time with them and her grandchildren.
Carol is survived by her two sons, Scott Hutter of Pell Lake, WI and Shawn (Dee) Hutter of Elkhorn, WI, four grandchildren; Tristan, Jake, Keira and Alyssa, many nieces, nephews, extending family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don, mother, Josephine, and two siblings; Bonnie Tiso and Roger DeVries.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:00PM on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory, 113 Freeman St. Genoa City, WI 53128. Visitation will be 10:00AM until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will follow services at Bloomfield Cemetery in the Village of Bloomfield, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church W775 Geranium Rd. Genoa City, WI 53128. Online guest book at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.
