Obituary
Caroline M. Howell, age 89, of Whitewater, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2015 at Fairhaven Corp.
Caroline was born in the township of Palmyra on September 15, 1925 the daughter of the late Emery and Lillian (Dymond) Smale. She was a member of the Little Prairie United Methodist, Palmyra Legion Auxiliary, and The Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. She delivered the Janesville Gazette Newspaper for 20 years and was an avid bowler.
Caroline is survived by her 3 daughters, Bonita (Vinny DiMurro) Howell, Barbara (Ron) Polzin, and Peggy Howell; 2 grandchildren, Jason (Heather) Polzin and Jeffrey (Christy Talavera) Polzin; brothers, Gordon (Millie) Smale and Raymond (Barbara) Smale. Caroline was loved and will be remembered by other relatives and friends.
Caroline was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Howell.
Visitation will be Monday, January 12, 2015 from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 5:00 pm at Haase Lockwood & Associates Funeral home 320 W. Main St. Palmyra, WI.
