Catherine L. Bischoff, 91 of Elkhorn, WI, went to greener pastures on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.  Katie loved animals, gardening and going to Holi Cannoli for their tiramisu.  She was also an avid Green Bay Packer fan.  Katie is survived by her loving daughter Barbara L. Bischoff, further survived by her beloved horses, White Zimfandel, Zimderella, Jessica Zimpson and Sheriff Taylor, barn cats, Tony the Tiger and Rocky Balboa and her house cat, Buddy Love.   Katie was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Catherine (Kadau) Lenz, and beloved husband, Donald Bischoff.
