Catherine O'Connor, nee McGill, 57, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away in her Elkhorn, WI home on May 3rd, 2015. Devoted wife to Robert O'Connor and loving mother to Sean O'Connor (Jenny O'Connor), Bridget Kelly (Joe Kelly) and Brendan O'Connor. Grandmother to Tess Kelly, Jack Kelly, Ryan Kelly and Brooke O'Connor. Daughter to Albin and Theresa McGill. Sister to Patricia Veach (Wayne Veach), John McGill (Deceased) and Terri McGill (Deceased.) Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Catherine, better known to friends as Cathy, Katie or Kate, was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in 2011. She fought to live everyday to the fullest and brought positivity to every situation. Memorial services will be held on May 22nd at 4pm at St. Edwards Catholic Church, Chicago IL. Followed by a Celebration of her life at Moretti's Restaurant in Edison Park.
