Clayton R. Frederick, 71 of Elkhorn, WI, died unexpectedly Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at his home in Elkhorn. He was born June 25, 1948 in Elkhorn, WI, the son to the late Elwin and Emma (Whittaker) Frederick.  Clayton served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He worked as a truck driver for over 30 years with Obenauf and Waste Management. Clayton was an avid car enthusiast, enjoying muscle cars, stock cars and drag races.

Clayton is survived by his three children; Melissa (Mark) Skala of Elkhorn, WI, Nichole (Dan) Pyke of Lone Rock, WI and Bryan (Elly) Olson of New Berlin, WI, four grandchildren; Jarek Kraayvanger, Maci, Marli and Marshall Skala, and his five siblings; Connie (J.T.) Richey of Pinson, AL, Don (Patti) Frederick of Neenah, WI, Marilyn Lile of Delavan, WI, Jeff (Cindy Jutz) Frederick of Lake Geneva, WI and Ken (Nan Popilek) Frederick of Elkhorn, WI.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
