Corey N. Fonte, age 40, of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away Monday afternoon, March 6, 2017 at his home in Twin Lakes.

Corey Nathaniel Fonte was born on October 19, 1976 in Waukegan, IL, the son of James Fonte, Jr. and Peggy Larson Fonte. Corey lived in Spring Grove, IL and Genoa City, WI before moving to Twin Lakes.

Corey formerly worked for Sto Cote in Genoa City.  He enjoyed car racing, snowmobiling, fishing and rebuilding cars.

Corey is survived by:  His mother, Peggy Fonte of Twin Lakes, WI; stepfather, Tom Murphy of Twin Lakes, WI; 1 brother, Douglas (Lisa) Fonte of Twin Lakes, WI; his fur brother, Quinn; Aunt, Melody (Lain) Larson of Twin Lakes, WI; 6 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Fonte, Jr.

The Fonte Family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the time of services at 1:00PM Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc.
