Corstiaan Johannes "C.J" Knegten age 73 of Twin Lakes, WI.  Died January 10, 2017 at his home.  He was born in Rotterdam, Netherlands on February 6, 1943.  The son of the late Johannes Gerardus and Maria Jacoba (Riphagen) Knegten.   On April 28, 2001 at their home in Twin Lakes, WI.  C.J.  was united in marriage to Karen Kornacki.   He was the owner of Nu-Deluxe Corp.  Before coming to the United States C.J.  served in the Royal Netherlands Army as a Sergeant.  He was a past member of the Dutch Club of Chicago.  He enjoyed reading.

He is survived by his wife Karen.   His two sons: Jason (Kristen) Knegten of Vernon Hills, IL. and Paul (Daryl) Knegten of Walnut Creek, CA.   Loving Grandfather (Opa) of Kayla, Calvin and Megan Hari.   Stepfather of Jessica Hari of Hoffman Estates, IL. and Michael Hari of Chicago, IL.   Further survived by his brothers, Hans (Carla) Knegten and Ron (Rina) Knegten both of the Netherlands and sister-in-law, Camille (Bob) Kelsey of Johnsburg, IL.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday January 14, 2017 at 12:00PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 620 Legion Dr.  Twin Lakes, WI.   Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:30 until time of service.  Memorials may be made in his name to either the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
