David J. Duszak, age 51, of Ft. Collins, Colorado, died Sunday, December 30, 2018 in Des Plaines, IL.

David Jude Duszak was born on October 3, 1967 in Chicago, IL, the son of Wesley and Irene Lenkaski Duszak.  David lived in Twin Lakes, WI before moving to Colorado 1 year ago.  David was a 30 year expert machinist working for several machine shops.

David enjoyed skiing, boating, fishing and hiking in the mountains.  He was the life of a party and always laughing.

David is survived by:  2 sons, David, Jr. of Firestone, Colorado and Jacob of Firestone, Colorado; his parents, Wesley and Irene Duszak of Twin Lakes, WI; 3 brothers, Wesley of Wonder Lake, IL, Steve of Ft. Collins, CO and Richard of Spring Grove, IL.
