David W. Fogarty, age 59, of Twin Lakes, WI, died Friday morning June 24, 2016 at the United Hospital System-St. Catherine's Campus.

David Wayne Fogarty was born on March 18, 1957 in Waukegan, IL, the son of the late Dewey Herschel and Margaret Viola Lambert Fogarty.  On November 17, 1990 in Pleasant Prairie, WI, David was united in marriage to Sondra Lynn Schunk.  David lived in Trevor/Salem area until moving to Twin Lakes 3 years ago.

David was self-employed doing drywall construction.  He enjoyed playing baseball and was a huge sports fan of Chicago Teams.

David is survived by: His wife Sondra; 3 daughters-Jennifer Fogarty of Zion, IL, Michelle Fogarty of Johnsburg, IL and Melissa Fogarty of Johnsburg, IL; 6 grandchildren-Jessie Conner, Heather Thompson, Diamond Morales, Jayla Hamby, Domenik Rivera and Mariah Soto; 3 sisters-Cathy (Brian) Turner of Hartville, MO, Bonnie Fogarty-Rynearson of Lyndon Station, WI and Debra (Steve) Whited of Elkhorn, WI.  David is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

David was preceded in death by: 1 son-Ryan; his parents; stepfather-Odell "Smitty" Smith; sister-Linda (Gene) Hostetter and a brother in law-Dale Rynearson.
