David John Kozlowicz, age 39, of Elkhorn, died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the Beloit Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on May 16, 1975 in Elkhorn, WI to Dr. John F. and Joan Kozlowicz.  He was a 1994 graduate of Elkhorn Area High School.  David loved collecting 80's movies and pop culture memorabilia.  He often would wake up early in the morning to go to flea markets and Goodwill to find unique collectible items.  He loved spending time at the family cabin in Eagle River, WI, watching movies and socializing with friends.  He was a loyal Chicago Bulls, Cubs, and Bears fan!  He will be remembered as a selfless, kind and caring person willing to help friends and family whenever needed.

He is survived by his parents, Dr. John F. and Joan Kozlowicz and two sisters, Emily (Sam) Duchac of Caledonia, WI and Catherine Kozlowicz of Waukesha, WI; nephew, Harrison Duchac; and grandmother, Lottie Loehndorf.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Esther and Frank Kozlowicz; grandfather, Kenneth Loehndorf; and godfather, Dexter Riesch.
