Dr. David Rowe Mann, age 87, of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on January 10, 2025. He was born on December 15,1937 in Watsonville, CA, the son of the late Kenneth and Anna Lou (Rencher) Mann. He was united in marriage to his wife, Judith (Rogers) Mann on September 30, 1989, in East Troy, WI and were together until her passing in September of 2018. After graduating from Fullerton Union High School, he attended Allen Hancock College in Santa Maria, CA. From there he received his BA from the University of Denver, his MA from Northeastern Illinois University, and his Doctor of Psychology degree from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology. David and his wife Judith ran Southern Lakes Mental Health Clinic in Williams Bay, WI. He also taught psychology-related courses at Gateway Technical College. He retired in 2009. David was a member of the Unitarian-Universalist Church of the Lakes in Elkhorn, WI.  David is survived by his sister, Kathleen Rios of Taft, CA and brother, Leland Mann of Santa Maria, CA.  David was preceded in death by his wife; Judith and parents; Kenneth and Anna Lou Mann.
