David Romani

David Romani, born on October 21, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois, passed away on November 24, 2025, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was a devoted husband, stepfather, grandfather, brother, and friend whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

David enjoyed a fulfilling career as a truck driver, and continued to work hard throughout his entire life. His approachable nature and willingness to help his friends defined his character, leaving a lasting impact on many lives.

Beyond his career, David had a variety of interests that he pursued. He found joy playing softball and coaching youth basketball, where he inspired young athletes with his wisdom and enthusiasm. Additionally, he cherished his time on the golf course, often finding solace in the game and camaraderie with fellow golfers.

David is survived by his beloved wife, Theresa (Lundgren) Romani. He was a proud stepfather to Annie Timmons, Rebecca (Ron) Richard, and Colin (Tierney) Marto. He also treasured his role as a grandfather to Elijah Marto, Charles Simms, Naya Richard, Evan Richard, and Tegan Marto. David’s loving bond with his family was evident, and he took great pride in their accomplishments and well-being. He was an amazing animal dad who all fur children and fur grandchildren gravitated towards.

He is also survived by his siblings: Robert (Catherine) Romani, Jeanne (David) Loomis, and Michael (Jan) Romani. Together, they share fond memories that will endure despite their loss.

David joins his parents, Robert Romani and Jennie (Pugh) Romani, who predeceased him.

The visitation for David will take place on December 4, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 620 Legion Drive, Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held from 2:00 PM at the same location.
