Deanna M. Peterson age 82 of Twin Lakes, WI. died July 10, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.   She was born in Chicago, IL on August 21, 1938.  The daughter of the late Elmer and Clara (Jankowski) Winter.  On January 26, 1957 at St. John's Catholic Church she was united in marriage to Harlen E. Peterson who preceded her in death on October 21, 2018.

During her life Deanna enjoyed crocheting, sewing and gardening.  Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, summertime cookouts in the backyard and gathering for holidays.  She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church.

She is survived by her five children: Doug (Kathy) Peterson, Terese (Tracy) Naber, Mark Peterson, Gregory (Susan) Peterson and Denise (Tim) May.  16 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.  Further survived by her sister Joan (Phil) Parisi.  She was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Winter.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday July 16, 2021 at 11:00AM at St. John's Catholic Church 701 N. Lake Ave.  Twin Lakes, WI.   Visitation will be held from 9:00AM until the time of service at the church.  Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Aurora At Home Hospice 116 N Dodge St. Burlington, WI.  Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.  The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home of Twin Lakes, WI. is assisting the family.
